2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

Time Frame: Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Gift cards.

Final sale or clearance items, as indicated on the product page.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

Email support@phonecaseguys.com with your order number and reason for return.

Alternatively, you can submit a return request via our online return form on our Website.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include the RMA number inside the package.

Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for a different size, color, or model, follow the return process outlined above.

Indicate the replacement item in your return request.

We will ship the exchange item at no additional cost once the returned item has been received and inspected.
